    Our services cater to both commercial and residential clients. This includes post construction cleaning, window cleaning, air duct cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, power washing, and gutter cleaning.

  • Do you use green chemicals?

    We prioritize the use of environmentally friendly products. All our cleaning solutions have been verified by manufacturers or installers to ensure they are both high-quality and eco-friendly.

  • What does your post-construction clean up include?

    Our post-construction cleanup typically involves dust removal from all surfaces, cleaning of walls, baseboards, windows, and frames, floor vacuuming and mopping, light fixture and ceiling fan cleaning, thorough bathroom and kitchen scrubbing, and removal of stickers, tape, and adhesives from windows and appliances. Please note that services may vary based on project size and specific client requirements.

  • Do you offer rough, final, and touch-up cleaning phases?

    We provide a comprehensive cleaning process that includes three phases: rough clean for initial debris removal and surface preparation, final clean for detailed cleaning after work completion, and touch-up clean to address any settling dust or last-minute work 1-2 days after the final clean.

  • How much does post-construction cleaning cost?

    The cost of post-construction cleaning is determined by several factors including property size, level of debris or dust, number of rooms or floors, and any custom requests such as deep grout cleaning. We offer complimentary estimates following a site walk-through or based on provided blueprints or photos.

  • Do you clean exterior areas as well?

    Our services extend to exterior areas. We can clean exterior windows, pressure wash sidewalks, and remove outdoor debris. Please inform us of any exterior cleaning needs during the quote process.

  • When should I schedule my post-construction cleaning?

    The optimal time to schedule post-construction cleaning is after all construction work is completed and before move-in or staging. Some clients prefer to schedule our services just prior to furniture delivery.
